New feature: your care home’s COVID-19 response
We speak to a lot of Care Seekers. Recently, they’ve been asking about procedures care homes have in place to tackle COVID-19. So, we’re making it easier for you to show how you’re responding to Coronavirus. Watch Jamie from our design team explain how this new feature works above.
How it works
1. Sign in to Care Sourcer, select the care home you’d like to edit and click Edit profile.
2. Scroll down to COVID-19 response and tick which options relate to your home (or add your own).
3. Click Save and got to View profile to see your changes.
Your COVID-19 response is shown to all care seekers who visit your Care Sourcer profile. Adding this improves confidence in your home and will lead to more relevant enquiries.
