South Grange is situated on the outskirts of 'Bonnie Dundee' in the seaside town of Monifieth.
Our nursing home was built on the site of a previous farm building and has retained the charm of the 'Mill', which is now our main lounge. South Grange exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
South Grange offers 24-hour nursing care to elderly frail residents. Our team provides a high standard of care and we focus on the individual needs of residents by creating a tailor-made care plan which is regularly updated. We provide a varied activities programme including regular concerts, carpet bowls league, outings and much, much more.
Within our residential care home we have our Seven Arches Unit which provides expert care for young clients with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders and those clients who need to be ventilated. The team at Seven Arches consists of Specialist Trained Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Senior Care Assistants, Occupational Therapist and Activities Staff. The team work with each client to facilitate a plan of care specific to individual needs and can provide slow stream rehabilitation as well as long term and palliative care.
Following our last Care Inspectorate Inspection we were rated Grade 5 – Very Good.
