We at Carluke Dignity Care feel that offering a service that provides high quality, well rounded, person centred care would help to address this gap in the market. Since we offer a variety of services we feel that we would be highly valuable to a number of different clients and offer something different to the market. Carluke Dignity Care Ltd thrives to provide a quality, dignified, person centred care approach to individuals and each service offered will be tailored to the individuals needs. Our quality of care is our number one priority and we strive to have experienced, well trained staff who can work autonomously and provide care in a variety of settings. Our practice will be evidence based, support continued learning and development, support growth and compete on quality and research based practice. Clients may be self funded or receiving self directed support form the local authority.
We currently have a small portfolio of staff and are looking to recruit support staff once our business is registered. We aim to employ not only local careers but also support the drive to employ staff from overseas. We will have an extensive shortlisting and interviewing procedure which will ensure that all staff meet the minimum standards required. We will also offer mandatory and additional training to ensure all of our staff have the knowledge and skills they need according to their client group. We will approach local councils to acquire contrast for service from them and help to reduce the number of clients awaiting social care.
