Fairview Professional Services Ltd is run and managed by qualified nurses with decades of experience in providing a range of high-quality client-centred domiciliary care services, which will include but not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) which our clients may be finding difficult to fulfil. These include:
• Transferring (moving in and out of bed/chairs)
• Personal hygiene (bathing/showering and grooming)
• Continence management (toileting)
• Meal preparation and feeding
• Dressing
• Transportation and shopping (either alongside our clients or carrying out agreed shopping on their behalf)
• Mental support and companionship
• Medication, Household and Finance management,
• Facilitate communicating and socialising with others
Other care packages we will offer, depending on client need include:
• Provision of night care services on a ‘sleeper night’ basis, where the care worker expects a reasonable night's sleep but is on hand for emergencies, or a ‘waking night’ basis where the care worker is on duty throughout the night.
• Live-in care where our trained care worker lives with clients in their home providing 24 hours of one-to-one care and support. This can be long term or temporary during a period of convalescence or recuperation when returning from hospital.
• Respite care
• Palliative and end of life care
