Brooklands Care Home is a purpose built two storey care home in the suburb of Old Swan.

ACCOMMODATION
Specialising in the care of dementia and catering for up to 45 residents, Brooklands Care Home is a purpose built two storey care home, just a short bus ride from the city centre of Liverpool.

Our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we ensure that our homes are decorated to a high standard by our interior designers. High quality furnishings combined with practical and easily accessible facilities are in place to ensure residents can feel as independent, yet as supported, as possible.

SERVICES
Communal living and dining areas are located on each floor at Brooklands. We ensure all of our homes have a sense of being a home away from home for all residents, as well as providing sociable seating arrangements so residents can interact with one another. Brooklands is fully equipped with a salon on-site to ensure pampering is only a step away. The gardens are both safe and secure for residents and their visitors to enjoy when we get a spot of sunshine!

Family and friends are more than welcome to visit residents at any time as we believe this is vital to ensure our residents maintain a routine that is familiar to them.

STAFF
Our chefs ensure that meals are balanced and nutritious, keeping in mind the needs of the residents and any special dietary requirements they may have. The chefs regularly meet with each individual resident to gain further insight into their likes and dislikes so they can update menus to reflect everyone’s preferences.

Most importantly, all residents are treated as individuals and our focus is always on what they can do and not what they are no longer capable of doing. All Dovehaven Care Homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment. Our philosophy is that attention to detail makes all the difference and our staff are always prepared to go the extra mile.
