Neville Court is a specialist care home in Kendray, Barnsley for adults living with complex and high acuity needs.

The home specialises in supporting adults living with complex mental health needs, behaviours of concern, and neuro-disabilities including brain injuries and Huntington’s disease. The home's Bretton Unit is exclusively for those who identify as male.

We support people on their rehabilitation journey from hospital or living in a secure setting to community-based living. We also provide long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.

Neville Court also has a OneCare service which provides complex care in a domestic environment, ideal for those whose needs require that they live alone.
