The passionate and dedicated team at Halecroft Grange ensure that all residents’ individual needs and requirements are met, and they encourage residents to stay active, make new friends, nurture interests, learn new skills and pursue favourite hobbies with a varied activity programme.

I have gained an extensive knowledge base on care delivery and throughout the years, I have also obtained a certificate in management. I re-joined Halecroft Grange after a seven year absence and I am thrilled to have re-joined a fabulous team.
