Welcome to Roselands Residential Home! We are located in a village near Rye and our residents get a stunning view of the rolling meadows of South Downs. The friendly team and happy residents give our home a warm, family-like environment, where everyone feels safe, happy, and at home.

Roselands is located in scenic village of Brede, close to the town of Rye, just a few minutes away from the Rye Harbour and Winchelsea beach. Both visitors and residents have noted the beauty of the location and the comforting sense of arrival driving down the road to the home. Roselands will deeply satisfy anyone who love lush green fields and scenic sunrises and sunsets.

Adriana Porime, the Registered Manager, leads a team of 30 experienced and passionate carers. The team and residents enjoy a particularly close relationship and know each other by their first names. Throughout the year, we host events, themed nights, and activities to stimulate and engage our residents. Our chef prepares foods from across the world for these occasions.

The spacious home has several communal sitting areas where residents enjoy a range of engaging activities organized by the team. The entire facility is adjusted for people with Dementia, with specific furniture and wall decorations. The bedrooms are modern and convenient, and the dining rooms are easily accessible. The large lounge opens to spectacular views of landscaped gardens and lush countryside.

Roselands Residential Home can be your loved one’s next home in the countryside.

From the manager

“I have been working in care for 11 years and the last 9 I have been a Care Home Manager. Before I came in UK I have been a social worker in Romania working with children`s in need for 5 years. I have a bachelor degree in psychology and an equivalent National Vocational Qualification in Care at Level 3. I have joined Eleanor Healthcare Group in July 2018 as a Registered Manager at Roselands Care Home branch. I consider myself a caring person, very sociable and very active, always with a smile on my face. I love my job and I am not afraid of a good challenge. My vision for Roselands is for it to be the best home it can possibly be, all our residents and staff to be happy, well looked after and enjoy being in here.”

— Felicia Adriana Porime
