The Lodge is a specialist care home in Swallownest, South Yorkshire for adults living with a learning disability and/or autism, and who have complex and high acuity needs.

Our Nurse-led team provides person-centred nursing care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. We aim to empower people to live fulfilled lives.

The home provides community based living for eight adults living with a severe or profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) and/or autism, who may also display behaviours of concern, be living with complex mental health needs or have a physical disability.
