Hedges House is a family run care home in the heart of Lytham close to Lytham Green, Lowther Pavilion and all the local shops and cafes. Sympathetically restored to provide a home from home, the home benefits from en-suite facilities, assisted bathing, two lounges, dining room, conservatory, garden terrace, hairdressers and lift access.
Our long standing, professional and caring staff team are on hand to support with personalised care to help our residents maintain their independence with round the clock care. We can help with personal care, continence needs, medication management and many other care needs.
We offer respite care, recuperation following a hospital stay and longer term residential care. We can also support residents living with mild to moderate dementia following a local authority needs assessment.
