Purpose-built, Barnfield Nursing Care Home is situated in Holmewood in the Chesterfield area conveniently located near local shops and public transport routes. Our modern home always has a warming welcome to our new and existing residents and their families.
We support our residents in every possible way through specific nursing care for every individual within our nursing care home, including physiotherapy and tailored daycare for every resident’s need. We also provide support such as key topic seminars and support groups for families that need additional support or information.
Our team at Barnfield care home Chesterfield, Derbyshire is constantly available around the clock should residents require any assistance. Individual care plans ensure resident’s specific needs are catered for thus providing peace of mind for their loved ones. The Manager and staff pride themselves on the care and attention that they provide to both the residents and their families. It is the carers and nursing team’s priority that the physical and emotional support needed is given right from the beginning of your loved ones during their initial move in, and their subsequent time with us. We specialise in nursing and residential dementia care and our staff themselves specialise in dementia.
Barnfield nursing care home Holmewood Chesterfield provides 31 single rooms with en-suite facilities and 4 shared rooms for those who prefer company. All of our rooms include internet access, TV aerial and phone sockets for all our residents to use at their will. Of course, our rooms are wheelchair accessible and have nurse call systems included, for if and when they should be needed. We give residents the option to bring in their furniture from home and even their pets, by arrangement, in the hope that this will make their new room feel more like their own.
