At Arden House, we understand that choosing care can be a bit daunting. This is why, at our not-for-profit care home, your care comes with a smile and a listening ear. You get to ease into your new place with a no-obligation trial period. And you won’t be asked to leave if your funds run out.
From our beautiful Regency property in the heart of Leamington Spa, the Arden team have built a vibrant and welcoming community of care where residents and their families enjoy award-winning residential and dementia care around the clock. Rated Good by the CQC*, we follow a well-established care methodology focused on maintaining and boosting our residents’ independence, agency and wellbeing. Part of this involves structured activities, walks into town, a nice cuppa before you even realise you want one, and a laugh when you most need it.
We are part of not-for-profit group Greensleeves Care, consistently named among the Top 20 groups in England. Being a charitable care home means our focus is on people and not pockets, and any surplus from fees goes back into continuously improving care. We also offer Greensleeves’ proprietary Home for Life Commitment, which means residents can stay in the home in the event they run out of personal funds while in our care.
Along with specialist care and peace of mind, when you join the Arden House care family, you also enjoy:
• Spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities
• Comfortable lounges and dining areas
• Large landscaped gardens and views
• Delicious meals cooked daily on site
• A programme of stimulating activities
From the moment you get in touch, a member of our team will be there to listen, answer all your questions and focus on helping you make a confident care choice. Give us a call today to discuss your needs and plan your visit.
From the manager
“I have been in care for 15 years, supporting families like yours everyday. I know that choosing a care home can feel, well, a bit scary. That’s why, at Greensleeves Care we work to make moving into care less daunting. I’m excited to show you what Arden House has to offer. It all starts with our 6-week no-obligation trial, so you get to try before committing longer term. Our ‘big hearts only’ approach to care means you get skill with a smile, a nice cuppa before you even realise you want one, and a joke when you need it. We think that’s all part of good caring. Being a charity means our focus is on people, not pockets. And with our Home for Life Commitment, you’ll never be asked to leave if your funds run out. Because that’s part of good caring too.”
