All staff and carers at Connect Care Services work tirelessly to ensure clients' dignity, individuality and privacy are respected at all times, while providing care and supporting the client in undertaking their normal daily activities as directed by the client and/or family.
Each client has their own individual care plan and risk assessment carried out prior to their care beginning, and where possible they always encourage clients and their families to be involved in the development of not only the initial care plan, but also its on-going development.
Connect Care Services can help provide, live in care, personal care on an hourly basis, overnight carer sleeping or waking, and respite care
