Emily Jackson provides nursing and residential care. We also provide expert care for those with dementia in our bespoke Memory Lane Community.
Emily Jackson House is situated near to the centre of Sevenoaks, Kent, within 10 minutes walk of the main line railway station and takes 20 minutes from the centre of London. We also have good access to the M25 and Gatwick Airport. The home is set in landscaped gardens with outdoor seating for residents and their families to enjoy.
We had a major refurbishment at the home in 2015. The appearance of the home has been carefully designed with the people we care for in mind, including our Memory Lane Community for people living with dementia. Our bright new reception area is the perfect spot for socialising or taking part in one of our many daily activities. Our beautiful new dining room is a wonderful place to enjoy a three-course home-made lunch and our new bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Why not take a look at our virtual tour to see our brand new look?
Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff focus on the individual needs, likes and dislikes of residents, with a person-centered care plan for everyone. As we come to learn about a resident's past, we can then formulate a care plan to support them going forward. Our goal is to encourage every individual we support to be all that they are able and to achieve their goals. Our staff are here to support this philosophy and provide the best care possible.
Please feel free to arrange a visit and see for yourself all that we have to offer, as we’re sure you’ll find we’re ideally suited to meet your needs.
