So why choose to come and stay with us at Henford House? The answer, which so many of our residents and their families tell us, is that Henford House really is a special place, with staff who put the needs of the residents before everything else.

Many of the staff here at Henford House have been with us for a long time, which helps to create a warm family feeling in the home. Not only are the staff one of the home's biggest assets, but the period building, fabulous gardens and its rural location, all add to making Henford House a care home with a heart.

We offer 24 hour nursing care and are happy to discuss with you and your loved ones our person-centred approach to care here at Henford House. Your care needs will be discussed and reviewed by the staff with you on a regular basis so you are able tell us how you want to be cared for. We also want to help our residents live a full and active life and our activities team, along with the rest of the staff, are here to make that happen.

We are proud of our home and the experiences our residents receive, as echoed by a family member on carehome.co.uk, where they have stated that, “the team have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our Uncle has been well cared for medically and socially.”

We know and understand that the decision to move into a care home, or having to find the right home for a friend or loved one is a hard and difficult one to make, and we are here to help make this journey as simple and straight forward as possible. So why not begin by picking up pick up the phone and having a good old fashioned chat about how Henford House can help you make the right decision.

Here at Henford House, our doors are always open. There's no need to make an appointment, so we look forward to welcoming you into our home and having a chat over a cup of coffee, with a delicious piece of home-made cake.
