Hilton Park is a beautiful care home in Cambridge and is an integral part of the Hilton Park Care Centre community, which consists of three homes: Hilton Park, Oaklands and Eden View. The site is located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Cambridge, close to Newmarket, Ely, Granchester and Stansted.
Set in extensive grounds it enjoys a quiet, country feel with well-maintained gardens, an abundance of wildlife and accessible wheelchair pathways to covered seating areas. One of our residents even has an area in the garden to take care of his chickens.
Hilton Park offers nursing care and respite care in a variety of lounges and lovely communal areas, including a beautiful atrium-style dining room located at the very centre of the home. Our newer developments blend seamlessly with the original listed building.
Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff are always focused on the individual needs of residents, with a tailored care plan for each person. The dedication of the whole staff team is reflected in the very high standards of care and in the pleasant, welcoming and hospitable environment.
Those who have benefited from Hilton Park's advanced techniques and professional staff include many with Huntington's disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and dementia-related illnesses. In addition ,we have a dedicated 12-bed mental health unit run by experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses. We can also provide respite, intermediate and palliative care.
Hilton Park has strong links with the local community.
People have often commented on the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that is evident in the home and we hope that you will agree. Drop in for a cup of tea and see us at our best.
Care, activities, facilities and food are all major focuses at our home. It is important that each of these services are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents, which is why we employ a wonderful team of professionals who can deliver support using a warm and person-centred approach.
