Hollyfields Care Home in Kidderminster is located in the scenic Habberley Valley, yet only a few minutes from the centre of town and all the amenities it has to offer, Hollyfields offers the best of both worlds.
We provide high quality 24-hour specialist nursing care for people with all forms of dementia, as well as adults with learning disability or complex mental health needs Where it is required, we can also provide support on a one-to-one basis.
Our approach to resident support is based on person-centred care plans, identifying needs, likes and dislikes. Care plans are carefully prepared through discussions with the individual and their family members as well as medical professionals such as doctors and mental health experts where necessary. The result is tailored care, bespoke to the individual we are supporting.
Enhancing the quality of life for each of our residents is our number one priority and complimenting our first-rate care, is a varied activities programme based on meaningful occupation. Our NAPA-qualified Activities Coordinator reached the finals of the Barchester Care Awards and the Great West Midlands Care Awards in 2014 and 2017 in recognition of the role he plays in keeping our residents engaged and stimulated every day - take a look at the 'Life at our home' and 'Upcoming events' section to find out more about daily life at Hollyfields.
We are exceptionally proud of our nursing home, our team and the quality of our care, so please feel welcome to visit us anytime. A warm welcome will always await you.
Care, activities, facilities and food are all major focuses at our home. It is important that each of these services are tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents, which is why we employ a wonderful team of professionals who can deliver support using a warm and person-centred approach.
