At Longueville Court Care Home, we provide first class, 24 hour nursing care for a range of needs. Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff are focused on the individual needs of each resident.

We have an individual plan for each person that we support with agreed and regularly reviewed goals. We are passionate about independence, dignity and choice for all of our residents; and we keep up the Barchester tradition of concentrating on good food, hospitality and activities.

We have a dedicated unit for younger people with a physical disability including; cerebral palsy, Huntington’s, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease, acquired head injuries, and palliative care (including with tracheotomies).

We have a unit that is dedicated to providing high levels of dementia care; each resident presents uniquely and we endeavour to let them be themselves without judgement or restraint and with support where it is needed.

We also provide nursing care for the elderly frail. Each of our four units has their own dining room and lounge to allow the residents to form their own social groups and make friends.

We have regular activities including visiting entertainers offering residents (and family) the opportunity to dance, sing along and have fun.

We are particularly proud of our large en-suite bedrooms and beautiful enclosed gardens.

All of these services can be provided on a permanent or respite basis.

Our nursing home is located in the picturesque village of Orton Longueville facing on to the village green; on the outskirts of Peterborough just minutes from the A1.

We are very proud of all of our staff, not only the nurses and carers, but our chefs and kitchen staff, activities personnel, housekeeping staff, administration and maintenance teams; without whom we could not run our excellent home.

On arrival you will receive a warm welcome, please feel free to come and have a coffee and a chat. We are able to facilitate admissions generally within 24 hours dependent on bed availability.

Life at our home is composed of many key elements, not least of all, a dedicated team who strive to deliver high quality care, exciting activities and delicious food for the individuals we support. These services are enhanced by our excellent facilities, which serve to make residents’ time here as comfortable as possible.
