Queens Court is based in the heart of Wimbledon SW19 with fantastic transport links and provides 24-hour nursing care for 41 residents, including expert care for residents living with dementia.

Built in 1998, we have retained the Edwardian front of house in keeping with the surrounding buildings. We are situated in a residential area yet we are close to the shopping centre and town centre.

24-hour nursing care is delivered by qualified and skilled staff, with a nurse always on duty. Our staff know the residents very well and provide exceptional personalised care for those with nursing needs or requirements based on dementia; we are also accredited with ‘commended’ status for Gold Standard Framework for End of Life Care.

Nutrition is important to us. Visitors are welcome to dine with the residents in the delightful Courtyard Restaurant. Our delicious meals are made from the freshest ingredients by our award winning chef and his team.

Our residents enjoy the easily accessible patio gardens. We have previously won the Best Hanging Basket Award.

This beautifully maintained home is designed and furnished to create a feeling of comfort and homeliness. Our bedrooms are decorated to the highest standard. They have en-suite facilities and LCD TVs, with telephones available if required. The rooms are light and spacious and can be personalised with the resident's own possessions and furniture.

Queens Court features a range of services such as physiotherapy, a hair salon, a visiting beautician and Wi -Fi access. Throughout the home there is choice of lounges which are designed to suit people who enjoy socialising, music, the cinema or family events as well as those who enjoy quieter activities. Our social programme is varied and exciting and is available seven days a week. You can be as busy as you like. Our Friends of Queens Court regularly support our special events and activities at the home, which include trips to the seaside and National Trust sites.

You are cordially invited to drop in to Queens Court, where everyone is treated royally!

Life at our home is composed of many key elements, not least of all, a dedicated team who strive to deliver high quality care, exciting activities and delicious food for the individuals we support. These services are enhanced by our excellent facilities, which serve to make residents’ time here as comfortable as possible.
