Our dedicated and experienced team is passionate about providing quality 24 hour care that affords the best possible alternative for those who are no longer able to manage at home. We empower our residents to regain independence, choice and freedom in their lives in a safe and comfortable setting.
Our Memory-Lane Community supports individuals to enable every resident to thrive in an environment designed to stimulate and enrich their lives whilst giving families peace of mind and security. Our person centered team is experienced in responding to the challenges that dementia presents, at whichever stage of the journey.
Our commitment to the individuals we support can be seen across the board not only in our care but in our cooking, hospitality, activities and trips out in our minibus. We aim to improve the quality of life for each and every resident living in our home.
Our home is centrally situated within walking distance of the town centre, which offers a good selection of shops, restaurants, leisure activities, and Basingstoke train station.
Set in beautiful grounds with visiting wildlife, St Thomas' has been sympathetically converted from a beautiful Victorian home to provide a safe but vibrant and comfortable home for people living with a dementia.
We think you'll find we're ideally suited to meet your needs now and in the future. Why not arrange a visit and see for yourself!
