Our home is situated in the small country village of Draughton, which is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The historic market town of Skipton is only 5 miles away and well worth a visit.
From the minute you enter The Dales, you will feel the warmth radiating from the caring and homely atmosphere we provide. We want everyone who comes to stay or visit to have a memorable and wonderful experience.
Whilst visiting you can take advantage of the many scenic views and the changing landscape, which can be easily seen from the windows as you walk around the home.
We provide a high standard of care within our home. We offer 24-hour nursing care, which includes our Memory Lane Community, a resource dedicated to people living with dementia. We provide end of life care with dedicated, devoted and experienced staff who are both highly qualified and compassionate.
Our staff form strong friendships with both the people who reside with us and their family and friends, to whom our door is always open.
Life at The Dales is never dull. There is always something new and different happening.... be it live entertainment, the staff dressing up for wacky fun-themed events, or in-house activities. To keep up to date with our latest activities and events, please keep popping back to our website to see what is coming up.
It may be that you do not need us currently, but please feel free to drop in at any time, no appointment needed. Or just come along and have a coffee and a chat to see what we are all about. We hope to see you soon.
