Tyspane Care Home is situated on the North Devon coast with panoramic views across the Taw Estuary. Tyspane House is set in its own beautifully landscaped gardens within walking distance of the old village of Braunton and close to the glorious beaches and rugged countryside of Exmoor.

Our purpose-built home provides high quality residential and 24-hour nursing care and support for older people, and for younger adults with multiple sclerosis or physical disabilities. We also offer an intense rehabilitation programme for people with a wide variety of conditions on a long- or short-term basis. All physiotherapy programmes are designed using the most recent research and treatment techniques. We have a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team of professionals including nurses, healthcare assistants, a physiotherapist, two rehabilitation assistants and a visiting GP. The team is focused on offering an holistic, patient-centred approach based on working towards identified individual goals.

Our team of highly-qualified and attentive staff focuses on the individual needs of our residents with a tailored care plan for each person and our passion for our work is demonstrate in our cooking, hospitality and organised activities.
