Located in Forest Gate with easy public transport and road access, we provide 24-hour residential and nursing care for people living with dementia in our dedicated Memory Lane Community as well as care for people living with physical disabilities. Situated in beautiful, well-tended gardens which enable residents to enjoy the outdoors in a picturesque setting, Westgate House is a purpose-built care home with its own parking facility.
Our care and nursing team are passionate about supporting our residents to be as independent as possible as well as personalising the care plans that every individual needs. Our dedicated team of nurses have specialised skills which include elderly care, palliative care, dementia care and brain injury care.
We strive to offer the best possible alternative for those who are no longer able to manage at home. We empower our residents to regain independence, choice and freedom in their lives in a safe and comfortable setting.
Our Memory Lane Community specialises in dementia care, enabling every resident to thrive in an environment designed to stimulate and enrich their lives whilst giving families peace of mind and security.
