Welcome to our warm and friendly home. Here at Wood Grange we offer high quality 24-hour nursing care alongside expert care for people living with dementia in our dedicated Memory Lane Community.

Our purpose-built home is located on the River Glen in the historic town of Bourne. Our approach to care is based on person-centred care planning and our belief in independence, dignity and choice. We also pride ourselves on our hospitality - elegant and comfortable surroundings and good food and drink.

Our Memory Lane Community is specifically designed for people living with dementia and has been furnished with memorabilia from the 40s, which provides a spur to reminiscence. We even have a reconstruction of a steam railway platform from Bourne Station!

Why not arrange a visit to Wood Grange or just call in to share a cup of tea or coffee with us, and see for yourself just how we may be able to meet your care needs - whether now or in the future?
