Welcome to Chilton Meadows Care Home in Stowmarket.

Situated in a rural location on the edge of the historic market town of Stowmarket, Chilton Meadows comprises of four separate houses, each offering specialist care including residential, nursing and dementia care for both long and short-term needs.

The modern home is surrounded by open fields, but Stowmarket is easily walkable or just six minutes away if you hop on a bus right outside the home. There, you’ll find independent shops and cafés as well as the Museum of East Anglian Life.

There’s a real sense of community at Chilton Meadows. The staff work to discover what residents enjoy doing and the home's social calendar is organised around those interests. So whether the resident already has a hobby or would like to take up a new one, there are lots of exciting activities to get involved in.

Staff love getting to know residents and there’s never a dull moment. The care home puts on lots of activities that everyone can join in with and the activities are just as much fun for staff as it is for residents.
