elong Wigan, the town’s hugely popular village in Millers Lane, is rated 'OUTSTANDING' by the CQC and offers facilities and support plus a vibrant programme of community events.

Belong Wigan offers 54 self-contained apartments for independent living in Jasmine and Honeysuckle Court and six supported ‘households’ with modern en-suite bedrooms and open plan lounge and kitchen areas. Its village centre facilities include a licensed bistro, hair salon, library and exercise studio. Our village is a stunning example of how advanced design and very high standards of care can provide a new quality of life for older people.

Our modern, self-contained one and two bedroom apartments are available to either purchase or rent. The Belong ‘Buy Back’ scheme also guarantees that we’ll repurchase your apartment for the same price that you originally paid, providing total peace of mind for apartment owners.

Belong households represent a radically different alternative to conventional care homes. We operate with a higher-than-average staffing ratio and a maximum of 11 residents per household, offering a family atmosphere where customers can build lasting relationships with staff and other residents. Our specially trained support and nursing staff are available around the clock to support individuals with dementia and those residents who require clinical care.

For people looking for support in their own homes, we offer an award-winning home care service, Belong at Home.
