Welcome to Church Farm Care Home in East Wittering

At Church Farm we offer our residents different levels of care. Each resident has a key carer who takes time to get to know them so that together we can establish a personal care plan. This takes into account our residents’ background, tastes and interests as well as their care needs.

The home in East Wittering is a carefully converted farmhouse that retains many of the original features, including the old fireplace and oak beams. Our beautiful patio and sensory garden are ideal places for our residents to relax and enjoy being out in the fresh air.
