From the manager

“Rowans has been extensively refurbished to a high standard. The addition of an extension has provided a large conservatory living area on the ground floor. In addition, there is a smaller quiet ‘Reminiscence’ lounge and family kitchen located on the second floor. Bedrooms are single occupancy and are located on both floors, with passenger lift access to the first floor. All bedrooms and communal areas are fitted with a call bell system so that staff assistance can be obtained quickly. Our home offers a very warm, welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, with a dedicated activities team who run sherry mornings, bingo sessions, games/exercise, arts/crafts and baking sessions. Regular entertainment is provided for residents including a piano player who visits the home on a weekly basis. At the Rowans Care Centre, we are passionate about client care. Our professional team of management and staff ensure that Rowans is a home from home for all of our residents.”
