Eastham is a 25 bed home situated on a hill overlooking the Essex countryside in Woodham Ferrers and many of the rooms offer spectacular views of the surrounding area. This spacious home provides expert care for older people, including those living with dementia.
We strive to create a homely environment at Eastham, and all of the bedrooms are beautifully furnished, many with en-suite bathroom facilities. We also have a dedicated area for dementia care, designed to enable those we care for to maintain their independence in a safe environment.
From the manager
“I have been the Registered Manager of Eastham for almost 16 years now, having started as a Care Assistant 5 years prior to that. I feel very privileged to build relationships with residents, relatives and friends alike, and enjoy working together with the staff and our community professionals to enhance the lives and experiences of the people in our care. In order to provide an excellent service to residents, I strongly believe in the need to be professional in management as well as compassionate in care. I have an open door policy and I'm always available to talk. I look forward to welcoming you when you visit our family at Eastham.”
