Welcome to Cheshire Springs!

Cheshire Springs is a small complex needs care home in Whitby, Ellesmere Port, that supports people living with complex mental health needs, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities.

It’s part of Exemplar Health Care, a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with a range of complex and high acuity needs.

Cheshire Springs is a community-based home that provides person-centred care and rehabilitation which focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live their best lives.

We support people on their journey from being in hospital or living in a secure setting to community and independent living. We also offer long term support for people living with degenerative or life-limiting illnesses.

The home provides a welcoming and supportive environment where people can feel at home, continue to do the things that they enjoy, and remain closer to family, friends and loved ones.

As a specialist care home, Cheshire Springs has the expertise to support adults whose placements have previously failed. Our high staffing levels allow us to build trust and work at the pace of the individual, which leads to improved person-centred and longer-term outcomes.
