Pratt House is a dementia friendly care home situated on the outskirts of the vibrant market town of Amersham, set in the scenic Chiltern Hills.
The house has it's own beautiful grounds, in a quiet residential location, with 29 en-suite rooms, many overlooking our attractive garden and surrounding fields. Some of the rooms are able to accomodate couples who wish to remain together.
Furniture can be provided however residents are encouraged to take their own furniture and personal items from home to customise the room and make it feel like home from the day they move in.
There is a comfortable communal lounge, salon and communal dining room where residents can enjoy three meals a day prepared by the fantastic catering team, Ian and Jane. If residents have any specific dietary requirements the team will adapt menus to suit to make sure there is always something on the menu which they will love.
