We provide services to Adults from age 18 years and above. We provide reablement support (short term) or long term domiciliary care support. We also provide respite care, outreach support and supported living. We support people with personal care needs - washing, dressing, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, domestic chores, continence management, medication management and activities of daily living. We provide daytime support as well as sleep ins and living in care. Our services are 365 days per year.
We adopt the person centred approach, and our assessment is inclusive and strengths based. Our ethos is to work with our service users to enable and empower them in maintaining their independence. We will undertake an initial assessment to explore and identify the needs of service users, and jointly agree a care plan to meet the identified needs.
Our care staff are fully trained to ensure they are competent and safe to deliver domiciliary care to service users. Training is updated annually. All care staff have an enhanced DBS check which is renewed annually. We are an equal opportunities organisation and operate within the Accessible Information Standards, complying with the Equality Act 2010. We are GDPR compliant.
The health and safety of our services users is paramount, and we have policies and procedures in place. This includes Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults and a complaints policy. We follow the Public Health and government guidance of the current COVID -19. PPE is provided to all our care workers. The organisation is ISO 9001 Accredited, and is externally audited on an annual basis. This ensures quality assurance of the services we provide and we obtain feedback from service users.
