Lonnen Grove is a specialist care home in Rotherham, South Yorkshire for adults living with a learning disability and/or autism, who have complex and high acuity needs.

Our Nurse-led team provides person-centred nursing care and rehabilitation that focuses on maximising independence and building everyday living skills. We aim to empower people to live fulfilled lives.

The home provides community based living for six adults living with a severe or profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD) and/or autism, who may also display behaviours of concern, be living with complex mental health needs or have a physical disability.

The home also has a dual occupancy OneCare service which provides specialist nursing care in a domestic environment, ideal for those whose needs require they live alone.
