Echelforde is a welcoming, purpose-built care home close to the centre of Ashford, Surrey. The dedicated team provides high-quality permanent and respite care for people living with dementia. They are skilled in enabling residents to live as calm and stress-free a lifestyle as possible.

Residents can enjoy a range of in house facilities including a cinema room, bar and a hair and beauty salon. The landscaped garden is a popular spot for relaxing in the warmer weather.

In addition to a regular activities programme, which involves quizzes, games, music and outings, the team supports residents to be as independent as possible. Your loved one is welcome to do meaningful tasks around the home if it helps to give them a sense of purpose.

We are proud to have been internally accredited with the evidence-based, person-centered Care Fit for VIPS.

From the manager

“I joined Care UK in 2004 and happily moved to the position of Home Manager at Echelforde at the start of 2022. At our comfortable care home we love seeing our residents enjoying activities, crafts and, when the weather allows, spending time in our sunny gardens. There is nothing better than helping residents live full, happy, lives. Echelforde is a beautiful home and we have a wonderful team looking after lovely residents. I look forward to seeing the home continue to succeed. ”
