The skilled team at Highbury New Park provides personalised residential, nursing and dementia care for older people in warm, welcoming surroundings. They also run a day club designed for older people in the local area.
Each bedroom is airy and comfortable, with en-suite facilities, stylish furniture and a 24-hour nurse call system. There are inviting lounges as well as an activity room and a hair and beauty salon. Outside there is a lovely garden where green fingered residents can enjoy some gardening, or simply watching the visiting birdlife or chat to loved ones.
The team get to know your loved one as an individual so they can create care and lifestyle plans, as well as menus, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
From the manager
“I started my career with Care UK over 13 years ago, in 2009 as a General Nurse. Over the years I have worked my way through various positions, then becoming Home Manager here at Highbury New Park in 2016. There’s a lovely welcoming family atmosphere here, and always a new challenge to solve. When time allows, I enjoy chatting to the residents and learning more about their lives.”
