"I am so impressed with the quality of care at Hen Cloud House. Mum is made to feel so welcome and this makes such a difference. I have visited many care homes and Hen Cloud is by far the best I have seen, beautiful bedrooms and small lounges and very good food. I can’t praise the management and staff enough, so friendly and professional."
- Daughter of Resident

Hen Cloud House has a total of 66 rooms available with nine bed wings on the ground floor and three on the first floor. They also have five larger studio-sized rooms available, with two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. Hen Cloud House was recently rated one of the top 20 care homes in the West Midlands.

Each wing contains a dining room, living rooms and other smaller communal areas for residents and their families to use. The ground floor provides an open plan reception café that is ideal for meeting and relaxing with visitors.

The familiarity and scale of this layout is particularly helpful for people living with dementia and an array of other needs, whilst maintaining easy access to all the extended facilities in the home.

All of the rooms at Hen Cloud are spacious and comfortable, feature high-quality furnishings and décor, and include full wet room facilities for every resident. There are also separate WCs, assisted bathrooms and other ancillary facilities available throughout the home.

Hen Cloud also offers stunning outside areas, with two separate courtyard gardens available to residents and beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding the home

From the manager

“‘To be recognised as one of the Top 20 Care Homes in the region is a fantastic achievement for the whole team, and of course the residents who are why we are all here! I would encourage anyone who is searching for a care home in the area to book a tour and come in and experience how fantastic our home is. It really is a special place.’”
