we empower them in achieving positive outcomes. We embrace the values of dignity in care, and will
support each individual to maintain and develop their maximum independence, pursue their personal
aspirations and maintain relationships with family and friends.
By working in partnership with you and your relatives, we will wherever possible promote and support
individuals to live independently and integrate into the wider community
