Purpose-built as a luxurious, state-of-the-art care home, Sunnybank House offers 60 spacious, en-suite rooms with premium fixtures and furnishings. Each internal space strikes the perfect balance of space and light, without ever lacking warmth or personality.

You will find care in every detail of the interior design. From the small but vibrant café to the five cosy lounges, all our facilities have been designed with your changing needs in mind. Enjoy a glass of wine and sample our delicious menu of seasonal, home-cooked food in one of our sociable restaurants, or pamper yourself in our hairdressing salon.

Life is always fun at Sunnybank House. Residents can join in with a host of activities from our regular cheese and wine evenings and coffee mornings to Songs of Praise.

Having our own transport opens up opportunities for days out to local attractions. Whether it’s for a local pint down the road at The Brigadier, a stroll around Marwell Zoo or a trip to historic Winchester, every single outing – spontaneous or planned – is arranged to keep our residents feeling stimulated, connected and happy.

There are always friendly new faces at Sunnybank House and whether it’s a newborn great grandchild, a pop-in from a favourite pet or a visit from one of our local WI ladies, they all add to our varied and vibrant home life.

From the manager

“I am really pleased to have the opportunity to work as the General Manager at Sunnybank House. I am passionate about caring for people and dedicated in providing high quality and person-centered care, which enables us to make a difference to the lives of our residents. Sunnybank is a delight to work at, not just for me but for my team too. I have been working in health and social care for over 20 years and I qualified as a registered nurse in 2005. In 2016, I joined the Cinnamon Care Collection as a Deputy Manager, then joined the Sunnybank team in 2018.”
