JO2 CARE LTD offers a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients. These may include older people, those with a disability and people who need assistance due to illness to continue living in their own homes and community. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence, which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.

Person Centered care forms the core of the service we provided here at JO2 CARE LTD and our staff are committed to meet with our aims and objectives in delivering Personal Care:
• To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the Clients’ overall quality of life.
• To ensure that the service is delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion while respecting each client’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment, and the rights to make informed choices and take risks.
• To ensure that each client’s needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
• Recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy the needs of Service Users and staff.
• To match the nominated carer as closely as possible with the client and respecting the need to change the carer in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.
• To manage the Care Service efficiently and effectively, to make best use of resources and to maximize the value of money for the Client.
• To involve Client and carers in the provisions, management and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our clients.
• Provide personal care and support, consulting with the service users and their family about the care to be given and keep service users informed of any future changes to those services.
• Respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service Users.
• Recognize the individual uniqueness of Service Users, staff and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times.
• Respect individual requirement for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner.
• To work within a multi-disciplinary framework.
