Our aim is to offer a bespoke service, delivered in a manner that respects the wishes, feelings and preferences of the service user and upholds their rights and dignity.
Our aim and Objectives
Sunrise Care Providers Ltd aims to provide high-quality, safe, responsive, effective and well-led care enabling individuals to remain in their homes enabling them to enjoy a great quality of life.
Our Objectives
1. To provide a reliable care service that service users, their families and advocates can trust underpinned by empathy, courtesy, respect and dignity.
2. To provide a professional and comprehensive care service thus enabling service users to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. Assisting them in achieving optimum state of health and well-being in the comfort of their own home.
3. To provide tailored, individual, service-user-centred holistic care to all service users, considering and respecting their wishes and needs, bearing in mind also their family and advocates' wishes and needs. Carry out a thorough assessment of each client’s needs along with their families and advocates which will aid us in producing a care plan that is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the Client.
4. To maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity whilst encouraging independence and physical well-being for all service users.
5. To employ quality staff, skilled with relevant up-to-date training, engaged and motivated to ensure we have a high-performing, driven and committed workforce that helps deliver continuity care.
6. To work for the comprehensive welfare of our service users. We aim to provide for our service users with a package of care that contributes to each individual’s overall personal and healthcare needs and preferences. We will cooperate with other services and professionals to help maximize each service user's independence and to ensure as fully as possible the service user's maximum participation in the community.
