Triage Care Services prides itself on supporting our service users throughout the care arrangement and planning process. Whether it is arranging care for yourself or a loved one, getting the right advice and appropriate care in place is vital in improving the outcomes for our service users.

We aim to be different from your average home care service. Through our extensive market research, we have identified some key areas that are not being met by other home care providers to improve both patient outcomes and customer satisfaction for both our service users and family members.

Our service cover a wide spectrum of adult and elderly care needs, including:

- Personal care services & reablement

- Complex care, including 24 hr support (e.g. PEG feeding)
- Domestic support, including light cleaning & laundry services
- Overnight care services (both sleeping in and waking nights).

- Social inclusion, escorting, companionship and PA support

- A FULLY MANAGED SERVICE (we are NOT an agency - we EMPLOY, MANAGE & TRAIN all staff working for us).
- A FREE in home assessment before the start of a care package, with the chance to MEET YOUR CARE TEAM.
- BESPOKE PERSON-CENTRED CARE PLANNING - ensuring you (and your loved ones) are at the heart of the care planning process.
- Carers to MATCH YOUR NEEDS, with a GOOD RATIO of MALE & FEMALE carers
- A CULTURALLY DIVERSE workforce to meet both the LANGUAGE and CULTURAL needs of our service users (e.g. English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujurati, Arabic, Twi, Yoruba speakers).
- TRAINED carers for COMPLEX CARE NEEDS, including the increasing demand for LD & ASD competent carers.

As we are REGISTERED & REGULATED with the CARE QUALITY COMMISSION (CQC), all our staff are subject to DBS checks and training prior to delivering care to any of our service users. This is to ensure that we deliver a SAFE quality of care to all our service users.

Our fees vary, depending on your location and the type of service required, but are competitive with the current market.
