Premier Medical Healthcare Limited help people in our service their family, friends or carers in creating their care plans and identifying personal needs and outcomes that they want in their lives while our staff support them in achieving them. Staff understand the importance of taking into account a person's history, lifestyle, culture and preferences, including their likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests. People will be supported to be self-reliant and independent as they wish. Premier Medical Healthcare Limited will prevent people from receiving unsafe care and treatment and being harmed or put at risk of harm. We will do this through managing medications appropriately, controlling the risk of infections and carrying out health and safety risk assessments.
