Premier Medical Healthcare Limited provide Domiciliary Care services in people's own homes and Supported Living services in a supportive accommodation environment, allowing people to live an independent life within a shared accommodation, with the reassurance of care and support from a team of experienced care and support staff who are available 24 hours a day through a person-centred approach. We treat people with dignity and respect, providing opportunities for people to have conversations and relationships with others ensuring people have a chance to try new things or take part in activities they enjoy. Premier Medical Healthcare Limited help people in our service their family, friends or carers in creating their care plans and identifying personal needs and outcomes that they want in their lives while our staff support them in achieving them. Staff understand the importance of taking into account a person's history, lifestyle, culture and preferences, including their likes, dislikes, hobbies and interests. People will be supported to be self-reliant and independent as they wish. Premier Medical Healthcare Limited will prevent people from receiving unsafe care and treatment and being harmed or put at risk of harm. We will do this through managing medications appropriately, controlling the risk of infections and carrying out health and safety risk assessments. Premier Medical Healthcare Limited's supported accommodation is a safe and homely environment that promotes empowerment, independence, and choice, whilst enhancing daily living skills, enabling people to become independent, employed and move on to live in their own homes.

• By supporting service users to access all community services available to them as well as collaborating with
other healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
