The dedicated team at this CQC-rated ‘outstanding’ (March 2023) care home provides the best in residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. They also offer compassionate end of life care.

Living in a care home should be just as good as living in your own home – or better. Cleves Place has its own cinema, café, hair and beauty salon, pub and shop. The lifestyle team arrange an array of activities, outings and events, designed to enable residents to enjoy meaningful lifestyles.

All rooms are en-suite and beautifully furnished, and some bedrooms on the ground floor even open onto the home's lovely secure gardens.

At Cleves Place, residents are at the heart of the home and are supported to make choices about the care they receive.

From the manager

“I joined Cleves Place in 2015 as I liked Care UK’s vision and values. The home has a great family atmosphere and we have a fantastic team here who work really well together to deliver the best care and experience for residents. I love being able to make a difference to a resident’s life. If I can complete my shift knowing a resident has smiled and is happy I feel I have achieved my goal. I also enjoy empowering colleagues to do their best work. I’ve been working in the care sector for over twenty years and I enjoy sharing my knowledge with new colleagues and watching them grow in confidence in their role. ”
