From the manager
“I have over 20 years of experience as a Nurse and five years of experience in management. I joined Care UK because I believe its reputation for providing the highest quality care complements my commitment to providing compassionate and individualised care. I’ve enjoyed a varied career, having worked as a Care Assistant, Nurse and Deputy Manager, which means I have a good skillset when it comes to leading the team. As a leader, I value honesty and transparency and maintain an open-door policy at all times. I believe it’s important to be understanding and open-minded while also being knowledgeable and a fast learner. I’m proud to make a difference in the lives of residents and colleagues at Tennyson Grange. I find it so rewarding when I see that residents are happy and well looked after and team members are engaged and cheerful. I look forward to leading and empowering a team dedicated to learning and improving the quality of life for residents at Tennyson Grange. I also look forward to developing good working relationships with relatives, commissioning bodies and the CQC.”
