All our staff are on fully paid Contracts (not zero-hours or paid per call) which leads to a contented workforce and a settled team, more inclined to deliver better quality care, indeed, our tag line is Cared For Staff = Cared For Clients. We do not offer sponsorship to overseas workers, instead we look to use and develop individuals already based locally.
