We make sure to always have something on an Athlone. Past activities include Music, arts & crafts, baking, tea parties, light exercise and more. Athlone House also contains a room which can be reserved for private parties should there be a family occasion to celebrate.
Our in house chefs make home cooked meals daily to suit a multitude of cultural needs and preferences, including offering Hala and Kosher options. The chefs are also happy to provide alternative choices to our already varied menu if a resident would like to try something new.
The home offers a range of facilities to help residents relax. Our Namaste room features a range of mobile sensory equipment. These produce soothing lights and relaxing sounds and can be moved into a residents personal room. Massages and aromatherapy is also available to promote relaxation.
