From the manager
“I have 14 years of experience in adult social care and children services. I’ve worked hard through the years to gain skills and knowledge of many areas of health and social care for adults and children, and I have progressed through numerous roles over the years. Most recently, I achieved a registered manager’s role. In this role, my focus is on ensuring we provide quality care and that residents and their families are happy. You need to have patience, good communication and listening skills and empathy. I love communicating with residents, their families and my colleagues. Every day I feel inspired working alongside my team to provide good standards of care. Knowing that we provide a positive environment and good quality of life for residents makes me proud in my role.”
