This beautiful purpose built new care home is now open in Fareham and has been specifically designed to provide high-quality residential care to the elderly, including those individuals living with dementia including Alzheimer's disease. The home has spectacular views of the Meon Valley and all ground-floor rooms have direct garden access. Residents and visitors are able to enjoy our cafe facilities in our reception area.

Residential care
Our brand new home provides high quality care in a warm, homely and friendly environment. Our team of qualified and dedicated staff focus on the individual needs of residents and are committed to providing professional and respectful care with the resident at the heart of everything they do.

Dementia care
The home has a dedicated area within it which we call our Memory Lane Community. This provides care for people with dementia including Alzheimer's disease. Within our community, memory boxes with small reminders and items such as photographs are used to help each person reminisce. Other features such as adapted crockery and tableware, sensory gardens with low-risk walkways and activity kitchens also enable people to engage in life's everyday simple tasks and pleasures. Essential to our homely feel is the enhanced relationship of trust we build with family, friends and residents.

Our luxurious facilities combined with highly trained staff ensure each and every individual is given superior attention. Our 24-hour care is provided in a warm, welcoming environment, with delicious meals and daily activities, including a choice of therapeutic approaches. Together with our lively social calendar, this helps to stimulate our people’s minds, and empower them to approach their future in a positive way.

Please note if you are having trouble locating our new care home, it is located just off Catisfield Lane.
