Halden Heights Care Community provides nursing care for older people who are physically frail and need 24 hour nursing care. We offer exceptional standards of nursing care, comfort, and luxury.

The home is situated on the outskirts of the small village of High Halden, set in a semi-rural location on the Ashford Road and benefits from peaceful, quiet surroundings and a friendly community. The nursing home is spacious, purpose built and offers a high quality environment with a good degree of privacy spread over three floors.

The grounds are spacious and are fully accessible for residents and visitors to enjoy. It is our mission to offer our residents a high standard of nursing care while living in comfortable, homely conditions.

Our resident’s health and safety are of utmost importance to us. Our personalised care ensures that your loved one will always be well-groomed and safe, mentally and emotionally stimulated, and socially engaged.

We constantly review our care plans to ensure that we are meeting the agreed outcomes. The home is always secure, and all the exits are alarmed. We take fire risks seriously and practice our fire drill every week. As an ISO 9001 accredited organisation, we pride ourselves on achieving consistently high standards of safety, health, and wellbeing for our residents.

From the manager

“I qualified with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing in the Philippines. I came to UK as an overseas nurse and gained my professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council in 2001. I started my career in the NHS working in London hospitals as a staff nurse, senior staff nurse, Deputy Ward Manager. My area of specialization is Trauma and Orthopaedics, Elderly Care. Good communication is necessary throughout the home, as well as an open-door policy with everyone. I enjoy having my family around me in my spare time and enjoy singing – often heard around the home. My vision for Halden Heights is to continue to provide the best possible service with a caring and compassionate approach and to ensure staff are trained and skilled to fit our clientele’s needs.”
