Priory Gardens

Situated in the popular town of Pontefract in West Yorkshire, Priory Gardens is a lovely, purpose-built home with 72 beds which offers residential, nursing and residential memory care, for those living with dementia.

This spacious home offers the choice of five sitting rooms and four dining areas, all of which are tastefully decorated and furnished for maximum comfort. In addition, there is a delightful sensory room and hairdressing salon. The large, enclosed garden with patio, which is looked after by some of our Residents, is a popular place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, or socialise with friends and family. All bright and comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair. Most rooms have en suite facilities and garden views.

The home’s caring team has created a lovely family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat, celebrate and plan special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is thoughtfully designed to support mind, body and soul.
